I'M NOT (JUST) A BUSINESS COACH

You may well be an expert in your industry, but my role extends beyond simply aiding you in what you already excel at. My mission is to leverage the extensive experience I’ve gathered through navigating numerous challenges, opportunities, and complex scenarios within the Italian market. I’m here to help you validate your strategies, actualize your ideas, and support you through significant transitions as you enter and adapt to the Italian business environment. Like a trusted partner, I will also be straightforward with you about the viability of your plans and when it might be wiser to pivot or even reconsider your approach.

ACCESS TO A SEASONED NETWORK OF PROFESSIONALS

Successfully conducting business in Italy, through decades of both global and local challenges, requires the support of highly skilled professionals. My network includes seasoned lawyers, labor law experts, tax consultants, accountants, business developers, and, of course, marketing and communication experts. This network is my most valuable asset, and I am ready to share it under the right conditions.

PRICING

First, some good news: the first 20 minutes of our initial meeting are free. This is my investment in our relationship and an opportunity to determine if it makes sense for us to proceed. My consultancy services are billed at an hourly rate of €120.00 / £ 102,00. For our initial meetings, I will ask for payment upfront. If you are satisfied and wish to establish a continuous consulting relationship, or if we engage in intensive sessions, we can then discuss special rates and payment terms.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING OUR FIRST MEETING

When we meet, either in person or online, you will present your case and needs, and I will give you a straightforward and direct assessment of whether your project interests me and whether I or someone from my network can genuinely be of assistance. If not, we will shake hands and wish each other well. At the very least, we will have met, and who knows? Perhaps it will open doors to future opportunities. Either way, it’s a win-win situation.

ON-GOING SUPPORT SERVICES

As previously mentioned, I am available for ongoing engagements, including on-site support if necessary and if I am currently in UK. I can assist you during meetings, supplier interactions, brainstorming sessions, recruiting, and negotiations.

I speak English

I speak and write English proficiently. While I utilize various tools to ensure the accuracy of my written content, I can assure you that there will be no communication barriers during meetings, recruiting sessions, or negotiations.

GOOGLE ME 🙂

Born in Venice in 1966, I pursued studies in Economics and Architecture before transitioning to Design and Marketing at the International School of Graphics and the Italian Advertising and Professional Association, TP. I am fluent in English and Italian.

After serving in the Italian Navy with the rank of Sergeant, I began my career at the age of 24 as a Junior Art Director, quickly advancing to Art Director the following year. By 27, I embraced the freelance path and soon after opened my own Design and Communication studio in Venice. Within five years, this endeavor grew into DNA Italia, my communication agency which remains central to my professional activities. DNA Italia caters to a diverse clientele, from multinational corporations to local artisans, providing services tailored with a nearly bespoke approach.

Additionally, I am part of ‘I Tre Mercanti‘, a renowned Venetian Tiramisu shop, managing its communication strategies.

My involvement in social activism, particularly concerning sustainability, has been both direct and indirect, involving local initiatives and international projects. I have held significant positions, such as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for a cooperative project SpA.

Driven by a curiosity for new technologies and innovative ideas, I have dedicated my experience, insights, and network to assisting those eager to navigate the business world. This endeavor complements my passions and my daily commitment.

UK Connection: Having a life-partner from the UK for nearly 30 years and frequent visits to the country have enriched my understanding of English life and society. This cross-cultural experience enhances my ability to bridge business practices effectively between Italy and the UK.

Res ad Triarios Rediit

is a Latin locution, which can be translated as ‘getting to the Triarii’. In Roman tradition, it indicated a particularly difficult battle, where the Triarii, the third line of the Roman legion, were used to try to turn the tide.

The Triarii were experienced veterans, equipped with the best equipment, and fought with long spears, positioned behind the Principes and Astati. Their presence guaranteed both the possibility of striking a decisive blow against the enemy and saving the day at the most critical moments.

Having a Triario in your ranks means having an experienced partner at your side, ready to guide you through the toughest challenges, turn the tide of difficult situations and create the conditions for a successful path.

“It was a pleasure to work with an individual who sees the world full of opportunities to solve.”

“has the gift of calmness and strategic analysis skills”
